WHAT ARE SIMULATION EXERCISES?

To better prepare for obtaining the job you want or to improve your performance, practice with simulation exercises can be used as part of your coaching session. A simulation exercise is defined as any exercise which is supposed to simulate the behaviours and situations you might face in your career (e.g. written exercise, role play, presentation). These types of exercises are often used as part of an assessment process or training course to measure and improve your competence across a range of criteria. 
 
During a coaching session you will get the chance to practice such exercises and obtain authentic feedback from a trained Chartered Psychologist. Such open and honest feedback is crucial to help you identify your strengths to build your confidence and to identify areas of development that need to be worked on in order to succeed.
