We use the AIMS model to inform the coaching session as to the best career fit for you as follows:

Assessment and Psychometric Coaching

As competition for jobs increase and academic performance becomes less of a differentiator, organisations are turning to assessments and psychometrics to separate job seekers. Organisations provide limited information about the tests you might face and after completing a day of testing they rarely provide you with accurate and useful feedback with which you can then improve.
