Careerology.co.uk was formed by Dev Modi to allow him to follow his passion to coach and develop the potential of others.  He has defined "careerology" as referring to the tools, techniques and psychology required for a successful career which is the right fit for the individual. 

Dev is a Chartered Organisational Psychologist working for a top city firm. He applies his knowledge of personality profiling, emotional intelligence and IQ to deliver workshops, team building, assessments and career coaching.  Previously, Dev has worked as a Consultant for the BBC, top professional service firms PWC and Deloitte and at a niche specialist firm in the area of Organisational Psychology, SHL.

He is member of the British Psychological Society and the Special Group in Coaching Psychology. Dev is a Hypnotherapist and Master NLP Practitioner trained by the co-founder of NLP, Richard Bandler, and Paul McKenna.  He is qualified to use a wide spectrum of psychometric tests and personality questionnaires such as MBTI and OPQ.

His unique blend of skills, interests and training combine to provide a professional service to his clients. 

Careerology has a sister company called Life Yoga Ltd (www.life-yoga.com) which Dev began in partnership with Nicci Roscoe, a qualified Life Coach, Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner.  Life Yoga is focussed on lifestyle coaching and workshops to help clients find balance and fulfillment.
